Over the course of his investing career, he has backed category-defining companies including Cohere, Harness, Isovalent (acquired by Cisco), and Opaque Systems, bringing a hands-on, founder-first approach informed by deep technical expertise and go-to-market insights. Prior to Seligman Ventures, he was a Partner at Sierra Ventures and Thomvest Ventures.

Through Seligman Ventures, Ashish led the firm’s investment in Smallest.ai, where he serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Based in the Bay Area, he leads influential tech communities connecting VCs, founders, and C-suite executives. Ashish is also a frequent speaker on generative AI.
