Eddie partners closely with founders to build finance and operating functions that scale effectively as companies grow. His work spans capital and debt raises, financial modeling, M&A readiness, benchmarking analyses, and accounting operations optimization. He also leads financial operations and diligence efforts for Seligman Ventures. Previously, as Finance Operating Partner at Thomvest Ventures, Eddie served in interim CFO and VP of Finance roles across multiple portfolio companies, providing hands-on support during critical growth periods. Earlier in his career, he was among the first employees at Encino Energy, where he built the company’s strategic finance function during early growth years.

He subsequently led finance at Styra, a cloud-native authorization platform, guiding the company through its scaling phase. Eddie began his career as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank.
