Seligman Communications And Information Fund (SLMCX) Celebrates 25-Year Anniversary

Participates in NASDAQ Stock Market Opening Bell Ceremony

NEW YORK, June 23, 2008 -- Chairman of the Board, J. & W. Seligman & Co. Incorporated, William C. Morris, and Paul H. Wick, Head of Seligman Technology Group and Lead Portfolio Manager of Seligman Communications and Information Fund, participated in the NASDAQ Stock Market Opening Bell today to celebrate the 25-Year Anniversary of the Fund.

Seligman Communications and Information Fund (SLMCX), which commenced operations on June 23, 1983, is one of the nation’s first technology mutual funds and one of the largest. Historically, it has invested primarily in companies traded on the NASDAQ. Paul Wick began managing the Fund in 1989 and has been at its helm for 19 of the Fund’s 25 years.
