Seligman LaSalle Global Real Estate Fund
FUND OBJECTIVE AND STRATEGY:
Total return through a combination of long-term capital appreciation and current income by investing in global real estate securities. The Fund may invest in any country, including the United States, and will have substantial investments in foreign securities.

George J. Noon has nineteen years of investment experience. He is the Portfolio Manager of global and Asia Pacific real estate securities programs. Mr. Noon is a member of the U.S. Securities and Global Securities Investment Committees.

Education:

Mr. Noon is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Economics and a major in Finance. Mr. Noon is a CFA charter holder. He is an associate member of NAREIT and a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.

Mr. de Leeuw is responsible for managing separate account portfolios of public European property companies. Prior to joining LaSalle Investment Management Securities B.V., he worked for five years as a portfolio manager at Robeco Group, where he was responsible for the real estate securities portfolios, as well as for a number of discretionary equity portfolios for Robeco Institutional Asset Management clients.

Mr. Kraska is a member of the firm’s U.S. and Global Securities Investment committees. His responsibilities include portfolio management and overall group management. His experience includes special situations and private placement investments, as well as leading an investment program that invested opportunistically in real estate by re-capitalizing existing portfolios, private real estate companies and public REITs. Prior to joining LaSalle, he was with Alex Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors. Prior to that he worked in First Boston Corporation’s real estate division. Prior to that, Mr. Kraska worked at T. Rowe Price Associates.

He is a member of the firm’s U.S. and Global Securities Investment Committees. Mr. Pauley has authored articles on real estate securities in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Research, and Pension World.

3Seligman has contractually agreed to waive its management fee and/or to reimburse the Fund’s “other expenses” (i.e., those expenses other than management fees, 12b-1 fees, interest on borrowings, and extraordinary expenses, including litigation expenses) to the extent such expenses exceed 0.41% per annum of the Fund’s average daily net assets. This undertaking will remain in effect at least until April 30, 2009. Absent such management fee waiver/expense reimbursement, the Fund’s returns would have been lower.
