He was a Certified Networking Specialist at IBM from 1989 to 1995, Assistant General Manager, Information Systems at Mitsubishi Corporation from 1995 to July 1998, and Senior Manager at Deloitte and Touche/Tohmatsu from May 1998 to October 1998.
