Prior Experience:

Mr. Leong was a Director at Deutsche Bank - Deutsche Securities Asia Limited in Taipei since 2004. Prior to then, he was a Director at Powerchip Semiconductor Corp. for a year. Over the same period pf 2002 to 2004, Mr. Leong was also the Vice President of Power World Capital Management (PWCM), a Venture Capital arm of the Powerchip Group. From 2000 to 2001, he was Executive Vice President/Vice Chairman of China Technology Ventures, Inc., a venture capital company, which he founded in 2000 with its headquarters in Shanghai, PRC.
