Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Seligman, Mr. Hsu was an Associate with Panorama Capital, LLC, where he focused on venture capital investing in biotechnology, specialty pharmaceuticals, medical devices and medical products. Prior to Panorama, he was Vice President, Corporate Development at Perlegen Sciences, Inc. a private biotechnology company spun out of Affymetrix, Inc. At Perlegen, his responsibilities included establishing strategic partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies, in-licensing therapeutics, and raising capital. Prior to joining Perlegen, Mr. Hsu was an Associate at McKinsey & Company. Jesse began his career as a Financial Analyst in Morgan Stanley's mergers, acquisitions and restructurings department.
