Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Seligman, Mr. Cohen worked at Diamondback Capital Management as a telecommunications and media investment analyst in 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Cohen was a Senior Equity Research Analyst covering the telecommunications sector for Credit Suisse, where he worked from 1999 through 2005. Mr. Cohen also worked as a High Yield Research Analyst focused on the telecommunications sector at Merrill Lynch from 1998-1999, and at BT Alex Brown from 1997-1998.

Education:

BS (Economics) - The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania

Professional Designations and Affiliations:
Mr. Cohen has a teaching certificate in Judaic Studies from Gratz College.
