George J. Noon has nineteen years of investment experience. He is the Portfolio Manager of global and Asia Pacific real estate securities programs. Mr. Noon is a member of the U.S. Securities and Global Securities Investment Committees.

Prior Experience:
Mr. Noon's previous responsibilities with the Firm include serving as portfolio manager for a number of sector specific real estate securities across most every product type and region within our investment universe. His past experience includes three years as a Portfolio Manager and institutional investment advisor with Mellon Bank in Philadelphia. He joined the Firm in 1990.

Education:
Mr. Noon is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Economics and a major in Finance. Mr. Noon is a CFA charter holder. He is an associate member of NAREIT and a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.
