Mr. Misenheimer serves as Portfolio Manager for the following:

Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Seligman, Mr. Misenheimer was a Senior Vice President, Director of Taxable High Yield for Northern Trust Global Investments since 1999. In this role, he served as the Portfolio Manager of the Northern Trust High Yield Bond Fund and managed various institutional accounts. Prior to then, Mr. Misenheimer's investment experience included several years as a credit analyst. Aside from his experience with traditional high yield debt, he also has worked with the use of convertible preferred debt, emerging market debt, Eurodollar high yield debt, and foreign exchange hedging.

BA (Accounting) - Loyola College
MS (Finance) - Loyola College
