Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Seligman in February 2001, Mr. Diwan was Vice President Equity Research for Goldman Sachs from 1994. At Goldman Sachs, he analyzed the data networking, optical systems and wireless equipment sectors and lead managed the initial public offerings of several companies. Before then, he was an Equity Research Analyst with PaineWebber from 1992 to 1994 where he covered the data-networking sector. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Diwan served as a Product Manager and Engineer for the Roseville Networks Division of Hewlett-Packard Company.

BS (Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics)–Case Western Reserve
MBA (Finance)–Columbia University
